SEIU airs ad against Sununu

A prominent national labor union is sponsoring a 30-second ad against U.S. Sen. John Sununu (R-Waterville Valley).

The ad, titled "Higher Cost," is being paid by the Service Employees International Union and argues that Sununu voted against lower drug prices after he accepted money from drug companies.

"From the mom who can't afford her child's checkup...To the senior who can't pay for prescriptions...New Hampshire families are struggling," the announcer says. "And Senator John Sununu is making things worse. Sununu took over $200,000 in contributions from drug companies and HMOs, and then voted against lower drug prices."

The full ad can be viewed below.

Terrible TV Ad

It's not even a good attack ad!
If this is the most negative thing they can say about Sununu, then I guess he's doing a pretty good job.
